Lynn Raeder is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with nearly two decades of experience in business process optimization, requirements analysis, and enterprise governance across the private sector. Over her career at Intelsat/SES and Verizon, she has supported enterprise intake and prioritization processes, translated complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements, developed and tracked KPIs, and prepared executive-ready briefings for senior leadership and governance stakeholders. She joined George Mason University in May 2026 and currently serves as a Business Analyst in Operational Finance and Enterprise Governance. She holds a Master of Arts in Telecommunications from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Wilson College.
