The Department of Operational Finance & Enterprise Governance supports cross-functional leaders and governance bodies across Administration & Operations and the broader university community to provide an enterprise-wide framework that identifies and prioritizes strategic objectives and aligns technology, financial, capital, and operational initiatives through a holistic assessment of total cost, risk, and expected value.​
