Tim Flynn came to George Mason University as an ITS contractor in December 2019. For the first year (throughout the COVID pandemic), he was the project manager for the EDIS Team as they transitioned to Agile development methods, and he led several data integration projects to successful implementation. Since the start of 2021, he has been a member of the Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management Office (EPMO), where he provides direct project management support on a slate of active projects and advises senior leadership on various technology and process topics. As of June 2024, he joined the full-time staff at George Mason. He specializes in data-driven projects that involve integration between various systems within George Mason’s technology environment, typically with a finance or administrative focus.
