Melanie Christian, DBA, is a project manager in operations within George Mason University’s Operational Finance and Enterprise Governance (OFEG) Enterprise Project Management Office. She leads IT system integrations and business process modernization initiatives across academic and administrative units. Before joining George Mason, she served 21 years in the United States Army, gaining extensive experience in leadership, communications, and operational execution. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation, a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
