How It Works

During business analysis, the team works with stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify impacts and stakeholders, and align the request to produce a business proposal.

Project Management & Delivery

Once a request is approved, it transitions to project management. Dedicated project teams lead the effort through planning, development, testing, and launch. This phase ensures the solution is executed on time, aligned with goals, and ready for implementation.
