David Montgomery is a certified PMI-PMP and PMI-PBA with extensive experience in software development, project and program management, and business analysis. Over a distinguished career spanning federal service and higher education, David has directed complex application development initiatives, led cross-functional teams, and delivered award-winning innovative solutions. He has authored key IT policies and standards, managed enterprise-level projects, and mentored professionals into senior leadership roles. Currently, he is serving as a Business Analyst in Operational Finance and Enterprise Governance. He holds a master’s certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University and a B.S. in Economics from George Mason University.
